Ms. Silva represents employees in employment discrimination and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) cases; homeowners and tenants under the Fair Housing Act; customers and patrons in cases of discrimination in places of public accommodation; and employees and students in Title IX discrimination and retaliation cases. Ms. Silva is the President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
